Best Prices T-fal Cookware

I usually write longer reviews but this one is pretty simple. The pots and pans are a very good deal for the money. Considering that this entire set costs what just one professional pan could cost, it's worth it. The pieces are light and strong, cook evenly, clean easily and are built well. They're about the same as the low-end Calphalon lines you see in the store but about half the price. If you're looking for a good cheap set that's a step above T-Fal, here you go.

I purchased my first set of T-Fal cookware many years ago and have not used another brand since. They are great and last for years. I purchased this set because the non stick interior of my fry pan finally gave out after 12 years (my fault). The rest of the 12 year old set is still in great condition, but I purchased a whole new set because I wanted the additional pieces. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a quality set at a very affordable price.

The photo does not match the actual contents of the set. (The Ecolution Artistry Eco-Friendly Chicken Fryer with High Dome Glass Lid is not included.) The text description is correct: "8-Inch Fry Pan, 9.5-Inch Fry Pan, 11-Inch Fry pan, 1-Quart Saucepan with glass lid, 2-Quart Saucepan with glass lid, 5-Quart Dutch Oven with glass lid, Bamboo Spatula, Bamboo Spoon, and a collapsible Silicone Steamer." The lid for the Dutch Oven also fits the 9.5" frying pan. No lid is included for the 11-inch frying pan.Low rating is for the mismatched photo only. The pans actually seem pretty nice! (Haven't used them yet.)

I absolutely love this set of pots. I cook all the time and I have used every piece but I do not cook several times a day or for a family so the wear and tear on these items will be less.Pros1) I did not want several extra pieces that I do not use; the small set was just right for me. Not paying for a bunch of useless or redundant items.2) The straining feature to the pots is exceptional!3) Seems to heat evenly despite not being all clad4) Put them in the dishwasher all the time. I am not concerned about a few marks on my pots. These will not stay pristine but I have not found the tarnishing to be excessive at all. The handles get a little hot on the stove if the range is on high (I do not like plastic handles). I am not a big fan of Teflon but it is great feature in the one pot.Overall have not much bad to say about this - can't imagine spending 3 times as much for a similar set.

I've owned several deep fryers over the last ten years and this one by far is superior to any that I have owned thus far. It heats up faster, it holds more, it is VERY easy to clean, and it stores the oil for you when you are not using it. The neatest thing about this is it cleans your oil when it goes into the storage container. By far the best fryer I've ever owned.The only draw back is it takes up a little more room than our last one but that is a small price to pay for how great it is to use!

I bought the Actifry with the mistaken thought that I could make the same foods one would make in a deep fryer but use less oil. While I was wrong in my thought--the manufacturer's description is completely accurate. It makes great french fries with minimal oil, and beyond that is a great low fat "cooker" or "saute-er". The reason my thought was erroneous was because I was thinking of breaded fried food like chicken and vegetables, but in fact, this appliance doesn't seem to be appropriate for this use (unless you are using prepackaged frozen, in which case, the unhealthy stuff is already in it) But to my surprise, is it the best ever for cooking things I might otherwise do on the stovetop, but with the following advantages:1) Minimal oil used but tastes just as good as if you used more2) No need to preheat3) No need to worry about the correct temp (there is no temp to set)4) No need to attend it--you just throw your stuff in, add the oil, push the button and walk away.5) Very easy clean up. The cooking pan is light and leaves no food residue (at least so far)This product turned out to be something other than what I thought it would be, but turned out to be one of the best cookers ever!

I was looking at the specific details of my cookset on here (I purchased mine at Kohl's for $30 MORE than amazon, silly me) but I noticed only one review and that it had but a single star.This must be remedied.First off, know that I cook A LOT. I love to cook, my family has a history in the food industry, and I currently work at a very highly rated restaurant. I know food, and I know cookware. I go for top quality or I throw cookware out of the kitchen.I've always had the issue of never finding true quality in non-stick cookware. Many wanted to go aluminum to heat more quickly, but this left pans warping and sliding about on the kitchen top. Though my biggest problem was finding durable non-stick surfaces.Secondly, this is the MOST durable non-stick surface I have ever seen (I have tested over a dozen different companies including many competitors including but not limited to Calphalon). I test these by taking my trusty titanium spork with me everywhere I go. If it can't scratch it (95% of the time it scratches straight to the underlying metal), then nothing I do in the kitchen will.Also, this set heats amazingly well. I never get overburning, though I will warn you that the center (red dot) does heat slightly faster (but not hotter) than the surrounding areas, so be aware to avoid it when pan-searing meats and such.Lastly, I know that it is marketed as dishwasher safe (I'm more than certain it is), but I highly recommend not doing so. I would never buy again, nor recommend Wolfgang Pucks stainless steel cookware.....The handles, both on the lid and on the pan become extremely hot and you cannot touch them without a pot holder....I used to have a Wearever set and sure wish I had not of gotten rid of it for this junk!!!! Be sure and check it out before you buy it.....this was a gift from my husband...I dislike it tremendously.....so he usually does the cooking....I would not recommend it at all.....

I bought this set in March of 2007.I can not tell you how pleased I am with this set !!!I wanted to wait to review till I had them for awhile to see if they hold up with alot of useThey are truly my favorite set of pans I've ever owned .They are NOT dishwasher safe ...but it doesnt matter they clean so easliy even burnt items wash out very swiftly I can not stress how happy I am with these pansIf you buy them you will love them !!!

I received these pots and pans for Christmas from my dad and they're nice, but I was also expecting them to be a little bit heavier. The pros are, well, they're obviously very pretty, they do heat up quickly and seem to cook evenly and they're a pretty good deal for the money. I think I'm a little disappointed because I was expecting them to be heavy heavy. Or at least the bottom part to be studier than they are. I'd give three and a half stars, but frankly I can't give four. I also don't put mine in the dishwasher because I don't want the paint to chip off or get spotty.Overall, it's a great group of pans for someone in need of an upgrade from a starter kit and for the price (I think they were about 100 bucks at Wal-Mart) they're pretty reasonable.

We rec'd a set of pans for our wedding and we thought they would be amazing, nope! Anyway we have now bought these pans and love them. They cook evenly and seem to clean very nice.

When I first opened the box, I was nervous about the quality beause of how light the pans were. I am happy to say that I was worried for nothing. I've used the pans and the smaller pots more frequently. So far I have been very happy with how they have survived my cooking and the dishwasher. The "rubber" handles especially have held up well and stay cool to the touch. As for the inside of the pots and pans, they haven't scratched yet even though I have used a metal spoon occasionally. I would not hesitate saying they are a good value for the money.

I have had the 10 piece set for a little over a month now, and I can honestly say I love it! And let me tell you, I cook ALL the time - 7 days a week, and at least 2-3 meals a day. So figure I have used these pots/pans at least 60 times by now. I have cooked everything from rice to steaks to vegetables, soups, pastas, sauces, and even things as delicate as eggs! The bottom heats very evenly, and quickly, and the handles DO NOT get hot, which was very surprising for me. Before I purchased, I was willing to accept the fact that I was more than likely going to have to deal with hot handles, as is the case with most stainless steel cookware, but with these I was pleasantly surprised. Even after being on the stove over high heat for a long period of time, the handles are still cool! But that is not to be confused with the handles on the lids - I find that the handles on the lids may become very warm after prolonged exposure to heat, but that it is generally to be expected if lid handles are not rubber coated, but that doesn't bother me in the least.To me, the weight of each individual piece of cookware is just perfect - heavy enough to feel sturdy and durable, but light enough for me to comfortably lift and move them with one hand while cooking (assuming I don't have something heavy in them). I made a right decision of getting this grill. It's so easy to use, easy to clean - just put it in dish washer. This is probably the most powerful indore grill you can find, it's 1,700 Watts, can grill steak right away. Great quality product.
